Summary: Refurbishment works to retail units within a retail park in Perth.

Description of Works: External and internal refurbishment works to operational retail units within an established retail park.

Works included:

  • roof repairs or over cladding to existing roofs
  • temporary hoardings
  • demolition works
  • removal of concrete floor slab and installation of new concrete slab
  • new modern replacement façade (curtain walling, windows and doors) including all associated steel work to support the cladding
  • signage canopies
  • new automatic sliding doors
  • remodelling retail units including brick and blockwork to suit new layouts
  • fire stopping works between retail units
  • external slab replacement to pedestrian walkways
