  • Concrete floor slab
  • Steel portal-frame
  • Composite wall cladding & roofing
  • M&E installations including gas heating system, ventilation, air conditioning systems, power, lighting, alarm systems, data comms
  • External works included access road, car parking and associated hard & soft landscaping
