We deliver minor works contracts for a number of public sector clients and private sector clients including retailers, manufacturing businesses and property development companies.  These works range in value from around £5k to £150k and include:

  • access ramps to domestic properties
  • fabric repairs
  • minor alterations and extensions
  • fire damage repairs
  • internal refurbishment and remodelling works
  • fire upgrading works
