We are currently appointed as Framework contractors for a number of contracts.

• The City of Edinburgh Council Domestic Repair & Maintenance General Building
• East Lothian Council Construction Framework

Through our involvement with these frameworks we have responded to over 500 works orders for repair works to domestic properties including emergency and out-of-hours repairs and alterations and refurbishment works to local authority buildings such as schools and community facilities.

Works include:

• render repairs
• window replacements
• footpath repairs
• wall repairs
• internal door widening to meet with DDA requirements
• external ramped access
• fire damage reinstatement works
