Location: Livingston
Description of Works: External and internal alterations and extension of a former manufacturing facility to provide depot accommodation for local authority Departments including Building Services, Archives, Records Management and Museums and a Community Inclusion workshop.
Works included:
- Demolition/downtakings/strip-out
- Structural alterations
- Blockwork partition walls
- Installation of mezzanine floor
- Metal cladding and roof repairs/alterations
- Metal stud partition walls
- Suspended ceilings
- New windows and doors
- M&E installations including gas heating system, ventilation/air conditioning systems, power, lighting, PV solar panels, data comms, alarm and CCTV systems
- Platform lift
- Flooring including carpet tiles and vinyl
- Painterwork
- Fixtures and fittings including kitchen facilities, signage, pin boards, blinds
- External works included formation of hard-standing area, car parking, hard and soft landscaping, security fencing.
